Majestic Peacock Velvet Slip Dress

I first joined MiMi in 2020, and the Majestic Peacock slip dress was one of the very first pieces I received—and let me tell you, it’s just as stunning today as the day I pulled it out of the box. Even though I’ve lost 140 lbs since then and it no longer fits the way it once did, I still adore it. The rich intricate peacock blue appliqué details and soft black velvet are nothing short of luxurious.

What’s even more impressive is how well this slip has held up over the years. Four years later, and it still looks brilliant, maintaining that same vibrant elegance and softness. This piece is truly timeless, and I cherish it as a reminder of my journey toward self-love and embracing the body I’m in.

Something about the cut/ drape/ fabric of this dress is magic and nothing can convince me otherwise. I don't have a defined waist from the front, I am normally a rectangle from that perspective. But this dress gives me visible curves!! I have never felt more confident in a slip dress. On top of that the fabric is soft and everything is finished very nicely so it is super comfortable to wear. 100% recommend this dress!
