I’ve checked and can confirm that we indeed received 2 emails from you and that they were all responded by CS pixie Jezza. Your order was shipped on the 17th of July non-tracked. We unfortunately don't have any detailed information about what happened during delivery as this situation is out of our hands and in the couriers' control.
However, we appreciate the frustration this is causing and would love to have the opportunity to turn your experience around to a positive one. I have sent an email to you and offered a resolution which we hope will rectify this situation.
